Withdrawal form: Customers may use our official withdrawal form: Custom Withdrawal Form.

Eligibility: Customers purchasing directly from statoshi.co.uk may withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receipt, in line with UK consumer law.

Amazon orders: Returns for items purchased via Amazon must be processed through Amazon’s platform and policies.

Condition of returns: Returned physical items must be in resaleable condition unless defective or not as described.

Return costs:

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods.

Returns must be sent to our registered office: 60 Green Lane, Windsor, SL4 3SA, United Kingdom

We recommend using tracked postage to ensure safe delivery.

Refunds: Issued to the original payment method once returned items are received and inspected.

Digital products: Refunds are not available for digital downloads once access has been granted, unless the product is defective.
